PSYCHODRAMA WORKSHOPS Spring 2025

On three Saturdays in spring there will be psychodrama workshops conducted, each of them with a different approach. The first one gets inspiration from myths and fairytales, the second one is about dreams and fantasies, and the third one is a sociodrama or a socio-psychodrama. 

January 25th at 2 - 7 :15PM (break 45 min) MYTHS AND FAIRYTALES In myths and fairytales people have expressed deep human needs and even nowadays we can get guidance and inspiration for our lives from these stories and archetypal figures. In the workshop you might meet even some god from ancient Greece - or from elsewhere. 

February 15th at 2 - 7:15 PM (break 45 min) DREAMS AND FANTASIES Our dreams tell us things from our past, present and future. Our fantasies open up a realm where everything is possible. In this workshop we explore with the help of psychodrama dreams and fantasies and listen to what they convey to us. 

March 22nd at 2 - 7:15 PM (break 45 min) SOCIODRAMA AND SOCIO-PSYCHODRAMA In a protagonist-centered psychodrama we look at the world from the point of view of an individual while in sociodrama the interest lies in general questions. The viewpoint is more social, cultural, educational - or philosophical. The participants of the workshop create together the theme, and the roles taken are more general. However, the action in the drama may take us to the individual problems of the participants; then we call the working method socio-psychodrama. 

Psychodrama is a method applied for example to therapy, education and organizational development. It is an action method where participants in a group take part in the process by playing different roles. No previous experience nor any special skills, such as acting, are needed. However, if you are in the middle of an acute crisis or have serious mental health problems, these workshops are not suitable for you. 

The price for the three workshops is 210 EUR. It’s recommended to participate in all of them; however, if there are seats left, you can also choose one or two of them. The price for one workshop is 100 EUR. An invoice will be sent to you before the workshops. 

Time: At 2:00-4:15 and 5:00- 7:00 PM 

Price: Monthly fee 70 euros (covers 2 gatherings per month)
