This group is meant for persons with non-Finnish background who are interested in exploring their lives in a group setting. You may face a challenging life situation or you just think now is the right time to stop and reflect on your own life, getting new perspectives and empowerment. Being married to a Finnish partner may also raise some difficulties. In the group you’ll learn also from other’s stories and experiences. If you are in the middle of an acute crisis or have serious mental problems, this group is not suitable for you.

Time: Gathering Sundays 5-7.15 PM (twice a month), starting Sun 10.9
