Psychodrama group spring 2026

You may be at the crossroad of your life, face a challenging life situation, or you just think now is the right time to stop and reflect on your life. In this group you can gain new perspectives and a sense of empowerment, and also learn from the stories and experiences of others.

However, if you are currently in an acute crisis or have serious mental health issues, this group is not suitable for you.

We use action methods and therefore, you don’t need perfect English skills, but a basic knowledge of English is required. No previous experience nor any special skills, such as acting, are needed.

Participants are required to commit to the group for a minimum of 2 months. Additional members may join after the start, but we need a minimum of 5 members to begin the group.

The monthly fee is 80 euros. The fee remains the same even if you are unable to attend some sessions. An invoice will be sent to you at the end of every month. This group is not eligible for Kela-support.

Time: Gatherings Sundays at 5:30-8:15 PM
