SUNDAY GROUP

Psychodrama for you

This group is meant for people with non-Finnish background who are interested in exploring their lives in a group setting. You may face a challenging life situation or you just think now is the right time to stop and reflect on your own life, getting new perspectives and empowerment. Being married to a Finnish partner may also raise some difficulties. In the group you’ll learn also from other’s stories and experiences. If you are in the middle of an acute crisis or have serious mental problems, this group is not suitable for you.

We use action methods and psychodrama, and therefore it’s also OK to come without perfect skills in English. We use all the languages available, including body language. You don’t need any previous experience nor skills to join the group.

Participants are required to commit with the group at least for 2 months. Additional members may join the group after the start, however we need at least 4 members to start the group with.

The fee is a monthly fee. Even if you cannot join the group some times, the fee will be the same. You cannot get any Kela-support for this group.
